The basic concepts and resources Amanda provided were invaluable. I have struggled, mostly successfully, with my weight and body image since I was a child. I became wellness focused in my 20s and 30s, which seemed to serve me well, until it didn't. That focus translated into keeping my weight at a level that made me feel accepted, worthy, and reasonably fit and healthy until I hit my late 40s, when my body seemed to mutiny.
